Metaforce Supports the Brønnøysund Register Centre’s Digital Transformation

The Brønnøysund Register Centre is a government body under the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, managing numerous national registers on behalf of nine ministries. Its mission is to provide order and overview of information on financial issues, ownership, and liability in businesses, thereby contributing to increased economic growth

The Challenge

In 2015, the Brønnøysund Register Centre embarked on a comprehensive digitization initiative aimed at modernizing and streamlining its services. A component of this effort was the need for an advanced document production system capable of handling complex design requirements and large volumes of documents with high performance and reliability. Additionally, seamless integration with existing case management systems and a modern infrastructure with a minimal footprint were essential to ensure efficient workflows and ease of maintenance.

The Solution

After evaluating potential partners, the Brønnøysund Register Centre selected Metaforce as its document production services provider. Metaforce implemented a powerful document engine designed to meet the Centre's specific needs, including:

  • Handling complex document design and production requirements.
  • Managing large volumes of documents efficiently.
  • Supporting the production of sophisticated letters with dynamic content and customized layouts.
  • Integrating seamlessly with the Centre's case management systems to ensure smooth user workflows.
  • Providing a modern, efficient infrastructure that is easy to install, maintain, and upgrade, with minimal resource consumption.

The collaboration between Metaforce and the Brønnøysund Register Centre has yielded significant positive outcomes:

  • Implementation of the solution across five registers, demonstrating the system's scalability and effectiveness.
